Do you fancy giving the facial yoga 6 week challenge a go??
I did and im hooked!! So that’s why I had to share with you guys as the results have been fantastic!! Face feels firmer, plumper in the right places and most importantly it actually makes you feel better in yourself.
You know that feeling? When you’ve had a great workout at the gym?? Or just finished hot yoga class?? Dragged your butt out of bed at 6am and go for a quick jog around the block and feel refreshed for the rest of the day?? We all like to have a go at feeling body confident, lifting weights, toning up, finding the time to get to that class, well our faces can benefit tremendously from these yoga exercises. Not saying we’re going to look like we’re in our 20’s or even 30’s if you’re close to my age 46, but it really helped me feel better in myself and I hope you feel the benefits too.
I’ve researched so many facial yoga videos, (there’s 1000’s to choose from!!) so I’ve narrowed it down to my favorite top 5 that I have tried out and given great results when practiced daily.
Don’t expect to see results immediately, give it at least 2 weeks of daily practice before you start seeing little changes, then by the time 6 weeks has passed you’ll be over the moon with your new facial yoga results and hopefully continue and make it part of your daily exercise routine.
